Customizing Customer Voice forms that use "Save and Continue" functionality

Hi, I've created 2 forms in Customer Voice.

One form allows the user to register their email address. This allows the user to request a personalized link to the second form - the Job Application form  - that is emailed via Power Automate (so I can use Save and Continue functionality).

The job application form will be used to apply for many jobs and I don't want to recreate for each job advertised.

The job application form just relies on the user to add the correct job reference number and job title. It's not pre-populated and they could apply even after the job application deadline has closed.

I want to change this but can't use custom links with a variable to identify what job the user is applying for https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/send-survey-link.

This is because I'm using the "save and continue" functionality of Customer Voice. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/save-survey-progress which doesn't allow custom links.

I planned to create a custom link for the email registeration for each job advertised.

I then planned to amend the Power Automate Flow email the user got sent so the personalized URL has a query string with the value from the first form  https://meganvwalker.com/passing-variables-through-the-forms-pro-survey-url/ but there is no link between the 2 forms and  the personalized link the user is emailed redirects so the query string value isn't available.

How could I create a "save and continue" form that is customized  through data from variables when I have to use personalized URLs?
I have the same question (0)
