how to tag/alert a user from an account or contact?

Hi,

we are currently deploying Dynamics CRM, and 1 of the question I get is:

How I can tag/alert a user about a change made to an account or after I posted something important.

like we are using the @ tag in Teams, they are looking at the same feature in the CRM.(instead of copying the URLand send it by email for example)

    Hi Jerome,

    You can mention a team member using the @ tag when creating a Post in the Timeline:
