teams creation help

Goodmorning everyone. For a client  I have to implement teams but I need your help to understand the best solution
Scenario: in the opportunity form there is a custom field that identifies the customer's market. In the company there are Industry Leaders who must be able to see all the opportunities that belong to a certain market. For example : sales A could therefore create an opportunity for the "health" market  (which should see the Healthcare Industry Leader) and one of the the "defense" that should see the Industry leader in the defense market. What is the best solution with the least impact on sales?
