Hi everyone, We have configured the Documents in D365. However, for one entity, whenever I upload a document the document is being uploaded in SP but not showing up in CRM subgrid. It says "No documents found at this location." Any ideas?

Are you uploading the documents via D365 record's Documents view or have you added directly to SharePoint and expecting it to be available against the D365 record?

Also please check the document locations entity to see whether there is a document location record created/mapped against the specific record.

    Hi Thanura,

    Thanks for your help.

We're uploading directly from the D365 record's Documents view. When we check the SP document location, the document is uploaded in the SP folder.

    Regards,

    Marjorie

Not sure if you have sub folders structure under the document location.

    1. Check the regarding of the Document location & investigate further

    2. Verify if you try to use “view all files” options, what’s the result

    3. Entity name should be identical in folder name

    4. Do an advanced find for Doc locations & see any discrepancy between different entities
