cannot open the custTrans Form on UAT environment when setting the language to EN-US

Hello Community, 

When I set the language to EN-US and try to open the custTrans form, I have the following error message,

I have the same error when Opening the header view of salesTable, 

When I change the language, I am able to open these forms .

has anyone run into the same problem?

    Hi Jihane,

    I'm using Dynamics 365 for 98% of my time with the language en-us. Always without this issue. Can you tell if it is not failing when you are using another language? What language is the system language in your environment? Was it behaving correctly before? If so, did something got changed?

    Do you have customizations in this environment?

    Hello André,

    It works when using the FR language, but fails when switching to EN-US, ES, IT. We do have customizations in the environment.

    Could it be an encoding related issue?

    P.S: we don't use the ES and IT language ( no label files created )
