1). Some of our incoming emails from Outlook are no processed to Microsoft 365 online . Whenever a email comes into a outlook mailbox it synchronized to the queue into MSD 365. On the outlook mailbox you can see this information (attached No. 1). But on some reason we have a view emails which stocks in the mailbox, they did not have that information "Tracked to Dynamics". Manually forwarding is possible, but not automatically. Any idea?
2). Emails which has processed into MSD are not deleted anymore. In the previous version, we were able to set up this, once a email has proceed into MSD, the email will be automatically delete from Inbox. This is not working anymore since we have the new version. Any solution.
