Customer ID Changing After Receiving an RMA

Hi:

After receiving an RMA, GP changes the Customer ID from what it was when the RMA was first entered.

Why would that be, and what is the remedy?

    Microsoft Dynamics GP>>Tools>>Setup>>Field Service>>Return Setup.

Return Customer ID is upper left corner.

    Hi Almas:

Where do you see this field called "Return Customer ID"?

    Hi John,

    Hope you are fine. :)

I saw 'Return Customer ID' in Return setup window, but I am unable to find any detail about this field. Please check your setup if is this the same customer which is replacing the original customer ids.

    Hi There, Almas!

The Customer ID "changes" in Sales Transaction Entry.  In the RMA Receiving window, as well as in its Traveler report, the original customer ID is different.

Where Customer ID is changed, in some reports or in customer card?
