I am trying to further understand but cannot find any documentation in regards to the Workflow Routing. It is not routing correctly and have tried several scenarios on Pre-Prod, still not working. When a request is submitted, it routes to the incorrect person. I also do not understand Exact Matching/Strict Matching under Dimensions (we are thinking that his could be part of the problems). The routing should occur based on dollar threshold, level and department reporting.
What are some ways in which I can identify how the Workflow Routing should be working? We utilize Serenic Navigator - from my understanding it is integrated into NAV for fund accounting as a not-for-profit organization.
Version: NAV 2009 SP1
We use Serenic Navigator (I wonder if this is really required for non-profit organization; helps track grants etc. for gov purpose. Other suggestions are welcome)
