5Hi, i am trying to follow this guide provided by Microsoft on Resource Pool Scheduling: Resource pool scheduling for Dynamics 365 Field Service | Microsoft Learn.
All is well until I get to this section:
For whatever reason I am unable to Drag and Drop a booking to a child resource and instead i get the following error:
Did maybe Microsoft change something when releasing the New UI? Rebooking functionality does work but for client requirement reasons I need to be able to drag and drop.
Has anyone encountered this issue recently?
