Hi.

I am new to CRM and I have a request that I don't know how to implement.

A batch job to be created for automatic creation of records. For example, if the order is ticked for the batch job to be applied, a recurrence will be set for each month on a specific date a new record to be created.

How do I approach this?

Hello,

You can create an Power Automate which will run As per provided recurrence. Then you can create the records easily.

1. Create a recurrence once a month.

2. Create a record.

Also you can create a manual trigger flow.

Hi,

Are you using Onpremise or online version of crm dynamics?

If online then you can achieve using power automate recurrence flow

If Onpremise then you will have to create console application using SDK and then schedule this with task scheduler on your server.
