GP Form Printer Compatiblity with Third Party Adddon Report

Posted on by 40

Hi All,

We have currently installed Form Printer accountable software version 18.2 in GP(2019) ,after that our other third party addon crystal report stop working.

Our third party crystal report use Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime. We have also crystal report 2013 runtime installed on our machine.

When we set Set "ASIUSECRINET=True" in Dex.ini file in GP, and login into GP then there are two case.

Case 1.  if we print form printer report first then it will print successfully.but our third party crystal report not print.

Case 2. If we login to GP and print our third party crystal report then it will print successfully but form printer report not print.

We want to use both crystal report simultaneously.
