Error: Function 'ConvertAmountValue()' has failed.
Error: A currency to convert to is required to retrieve exchange rate information.

When I try to complete an "Expense Report" with "Itemizations" I get this ERROR attached.

1)Currency is already configured in the system parameters
2)All currency fields were filled.

Please Help :)

Hello Thiago,

This issue might be related to a bug. I found some related fixes on LCS that seem to address this issue.

As an example, the following fix might fit:

KB 4043706"A currency to convert to is required to retrieve exchange rate information" error when you create an expense for a report on the mobile workspace

Please check LCS yourself and if you or your development colleague cannot find something suitable open a support case with MS.
