Sending emails to a marketing list

I am using the education accelerator which sits on top of Dynamics Sales. We need a way to communicate with the parents of our students. I know I can create a marketing list. How do I send emails out of Dynamics. Do I need to use a third party?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Rachel,

Why are not using the Marketing list? That is the best way to send the emails out from Dynamics.

Also, you can use third-party tools like MailChimp and Sendinblue

    Hi,

First add the account/contact/lead who you want to communicate with.

Then create the quick campaign that the activity type is email.

Edit the detail of email and send it.

Thank you Eiken! So we really don't need something like MailChimp we can just use the Quick Campaign? I just tried to send a test mail through the quick campaign but I never got the test email. Do I need to turn on a setting of somesort?

Thank you that was very helpful! Is it a best practice to send emails out like this? Or is it better to use something like MailChimp? Do you know if there are advantages/disadvantages one way or the other?

    Hi,

For marketing list, the quick campaign is more convenient obviously.

As a student using the Dynamics Sales Education Accelerator, I understand your concern about communicating with parents. You can actually create a marketing list in Dynamics. To send emails directly, you can integrate with a third-party email service. I remember once I was looking for answers for homework and found this cool resource. You can use it to create professional and attractive emails. It works with the help of AI and there are many different settings that can improve your text. These tools can save time and improve the quality of your communication. This integration can streamline your process and ensure effective communication with parents.
