Action menuitem not visible

Hi All,
 
We have added one action menuitme in AP, and merged the code to STAGE environment, we are able to see the action menuitem in the STAGE code repository but it is not visible in front end application. Tried refreshing the AOD,data dictionary but still unbale to see the action menuitem in AP module.
 
Please advice how we can resolve this issue.

    yes, when I checked in Meta data, then came to know , that menuitem is not there in AP when verified the history , it got removed by another changeset. :)

    Hi Akbar,

    Oh you were looking at the changeset itself. I think I've mentioned in a previous reply to look at stage file repository and make sure everything is merged properly.
    When you look at files, then it means you are looking at the latest version.
     
    Anyways, I'm glad it's fixed now.

    i found the cause for this issue, the menuitem got removed from another changeset. we need rollback and merge again the present changeset.

    Are you using the same legal entity in dev and stage to check? Did you fill country parameters in the action menu item property?

    Where this menu item is located, is it in menu or form? Did you also check the stage file repository to make sure that the location of the menu item is merged properly?
     
    Or maybe if it's under a subMenu, and the subMenu doesn't have a label in stage?

    yes i tried with admin role in stage, still not able to see, when i run menuitem manually from URL able to see the related feature.

    Language has the same configurations in dev and stage, label id has hard coded in both environment.

    Could it be a label issue?
    Did you make sure the label is merged properly? Go to the label file in repository for stage and make sure the labelId is there with a translation.
     
    Or is the user language in stage environment different than the language of your user in ur devBox? assuming you added the translation in a certain language only.

    Or it could be security issue, did u try with sysAdmin user in stage environment and see if it's visible?
