Softphone integration

Hello developers, i am using CIF V1.0 to integrate voip telephone system with Dynamics 365, however i encountered some difficulties while developing this Can anyone guide me through.
 
problem: 
  1. CIFInitDone event is not invoked so that i can not make any cif api calls

    I see it's been a while since this was posted, but I just wanted to ask—did anyone find a consistent fix for this when dealing with multiple customers? I'm hitting the same issue and wondering if updating the contact tracking settings or tweaking roles in Power Platform helped anyone. Curious if any recent updates might have changed how this behaves in Outlook or Dynamics.
