I have a workflow that has escalation set to 24 hours. However, the escalations are occurring at odd times (10 hours and some odd minutes later). Is this a function of the Azure server clock vs. the User session clock times? Do time zone differences affect this? Thanks.

Hi Frank,
Are you able to reproduce it in a demo environment? If so, I would be interested to test the same.
Thanks for the response Andre. Yes, the escalation activity occurred 10+ hours from the date of original submission of the workflow. I have the workflow set to not escalate until 24 hours from the time of submission has passed. I'm wondering if this is a stack up of differences between the submitting user's session time, the local server time, and the local time where the user is physically located. The batch is set to run every minute so that shouldn't be a factor.
Hi Frank,
Escalation is managed by a batch task which is not running at Swiss time. Can you tell a bit more about the exact delegation setup? 10 hours is measured as of the time of submitting?
