For a customer I am loading the consent records via the standard option /Load Consent/ in Dynamics.
How/where can I find an overview of all contacts/leads for which NO consent records have been created? Based on my calculations I am missing consent records.
What settings do I need to check if consent records have NOT been created for a Lead / Contact?
Hi, Based on the out-of-the-box functionality, we have tested your needs. Unfortunately, there seems to be no OOB features that will fulfill your needs. Below is another alternative solution we propose. According to our tests, the entity that stores /Contact Point Consents/ is /Contact Point Consent/, an OOB entity. You can use the CDS4 tool to lookup, de-duplicate, and de-duplicate the data of this entity. Then manually do the filtering. I hope my answer is helpful to you!
