Upgrade from AX 2012 CU9 to AX 2012 CU11

Hi,

As i am new to Dynamics AX environment as we are using AX 2012 R3

and a task has been assigned to me to 

1. Upgrade from AX 2012 CU9 to AX 2012 CU11

2. We are having much customized code in cu9 and i also need code upgrade.

Please help me with this task

    You forgot to tell us your release of AX 2012. CU11 exists only for R3, so that's clear, but CU9 exists for both R2 and R3. Whether you need to upgrade to a different release or not obviously makes a difference.
