Running Import-Module name NavAdminTool.ps1 for cloud BC

I am trying to implement a PowerShell script to trigger a codeunit in Business Central. We are running BC, cloud version. The codeunit should run every 10 minutes, and the job should be running on Azure as a webjob. Is there an alternative to “Import-Module NavAdminTool.ps1”? Job queue entry is not an option.
