Creating a product configuration from a Sales line

Hi all,

I am struggling to create a product configuration (variant) as per the configure line button on the sales line/product and supply button on the SalesTable form.

I can access the list of “questions” from using \Data Dictionary\Tables\PCProductConfigurationModel\Methods\getXML however I want to not only read the default values but then also set them against the line.

    Hi friend,

    you can check with the PCRuntimeConfigurator and PCProductConfigurationModelDetails Form. In PCProductConfigurationModelDetails form only all the default values and configuration attributes are creating by Xml files.So just try that form.

    I hope that you were able to complete your task through the suggestions provided by my fellow respondents. If not, and you're looking to move toward an add-on for product configurations, please take a look at the Powertrak CPQ suite for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

    That's an option - if you're interested.
