Customer Voice button missing from Marketing Emails

Hi all, I've got the new email editor and recently switched to Customer Voice surveys. Unfortunately when I send emails using the CV integration button in the email editor, the button disappears when the email is sent to recipients.

Has anyone experienced this and do you know how to fix it - quite frustrating to be honest as I really want to capture our survey data in Marketing.

Thanks

Christian

We are having the same issue too - we've just started using Customer Voice and attempted to include a survey in a marketing email.

I've found that the button only shows in the outgoing email when you set the survey responses as anonymous, but as soon as you disable that option the button doesn't come through anymore... We recently installed the May 2022 update so unsure if this is related to it.  I'll provide a resolution if I found one, looking at escalating this to Microsoft if no luck.

Hi kevinms, I've actually found the solution. When you're setting up the journey you need to add the Customer Voice survey as an element in the journey. After you've added your segment and email to a journey, click on the "Email Elements" section (bottom right of screen). Click Add Item and then select Customer Voice and you'll be able to locate your active survey and connect it to the jourey.

When this is done it seems as though user data is connected. Let me know how you go :)
