    Since you are using the footer on the page, the other lines are directed to the second page. You have redesign the whole report to display the footer in the body of the report instead of using footer so that it will take not take that space for every page.  

    It is little challenging to display that way but I believe that is the only way as Footer take its predefined space irrespective of you are displaying it or not on that page.
