Not scheduled Bookings (without reason) and error messages RSO

Hello Everyone,

There are 2 results which I cannot understand when running RSO:

1. Operation = Not Scheduled, Operation Reason = None 

- RSO does not create Booking (there is no Active Booking for RR) and there is no error

2. Operation = Create, Operation Reason = None, Operation Details = [External Exception [Microsoft.Dynamics.FieldService: Microsoft.Dynamics.FieldService.FieldServicePlugin]]Principal user (Id=899c0858-107a-ed11-81ad-0022489fd8c4, type=8, roleCount=1, privilegeCount=116, accessMode=4), is missing prvReadmsdyn_workorder privilege (Id=71396a0f-e15c-4254-8653-0581f116e962) on OTC=10262 for entity 'msdyn_workorder' (LocalizedName='Work Order'). context.Caller=899c0858-107a-ed11-81ad-0022489fd8c4. Or identityUser.SystemUserId=19c057d2-4532-438c-a2e5-73c733746535, identityUser.Privileges.Count=10389, identityUser.Roles.Count=0 is missing prvReadmsdyn_workorder privilege (Id=71396a0f-e15c-4254-8653-0581f116e962) on OTC=10262 for entity 'msdyn_workorder' (LocalizedName='Work Order').

- What does this error message mean?

Let me know if you know how to resolve any of these!

    Solution was: Activate all Processes related to Field Service or Resources.
