Timesheet Exception: Targeted date not found in work calender

Hi All,

While approving Timesheet for my resource it is throwing an error as 'Targeted Date not Found in Work Calendar '

Can anyone please help how to resolve this error..

Hello Rajat,

Please check the calendars setup in the Orgadmin modules and the one that is linked to your project.

I assume that the periods / dates have not been created there.

Hi Ludwig,

In the calendar setup everything seems to be okay,i am attaching screen print for your reference.

.

For your information i want to tell when i checked the resources names whose timesheets are throwing this error i found there names were missing from the period list for these particular period..

I tried to update worker periods again but still there names are not coming for this period..

Could you please try to follow this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/generate-timesheet-periods to generate a new timesheet periods and using it?

Hi Rajat,

Have you tried updating the timesheet period types in the project module?

Also, have you checked the timesheet period types at the employee level in the HR module in the project setup tab?

Would be great if you could check those forms and configurations.

There is another link with similar issue: community.dynamics.com/.../stopped-error-x-exception-target-date-not-found-in-work-calendar, could you please check your workflow configuration, the approval element and the time limit calendar and check the opening date for this calendar.
