Hi,

We are changing the warehouse now and need to transfer all the items in location A to location B. Is it any possibility to do it automatically or I need to do it manually item by item?

Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Have a look here:

You can use Item Availability by Location to view all your inventory in Location A, then use a configuration package to conduct an item reclass (Table 83; Item Journal Line) for all those items and quantities from Location A to B.

Hi, First, unfortunately, this can only be done manually. The system doesn't know how you need to move items.

But using Item Reclassification Journals is relatively simple. You can select the items, just set the new Location, and post it.

    Hope this helps.

as others have mentioned it has to be manually done - to speed up the process I would run the Calculate Inventory batch job in the physical inventory journal and then export this to excel to get a list of my items and quantity in stock, and then I would import this list in the reclass. or item journal
