Hosting an external Application into USD

When I try and Load up USD, I get this error:

ERROR

Message: APPLICATION_HOST_ERR_ON_APP_INIT: Failed to initialize the hosted application QsExternalApp.

Exception:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at Microsoft.Uii.Csr.ExternalControl.Start(Boolean pumpMessagesWhileWaiting)
at Microsoft.Uii.Csr.ExternalApplication.Initialize()
at Microsoft.Uii.Csr.ApplicationHost.InitializeApplications()

Do you have your external application path correctly mentioned in the configs? Can you share your config?
