
Hi All,
I want to display a notification, alert or reminder regarding a pending or overdue activity. As an example, I've created a phone call activity which needs to be taken at 9.00 AM. But If the user was unable to complete this task and overdue need to display alert, reminder or any notification in the CRM. And that notification should display until the user completes the activity.
Can someone please explain to me how can I do this.
