Batch name drop-down disappeared from Edit Item Journal

Hello,

For some reason, when I goto Item Journal card, the Batch Name drop-down is not showing.  I had already recompiled the ITem Journal but still the same result.  Is there a setting somewhere in the Customize Page that will make this drop-down list invisible?

    hi, edit the page in object designer and check if the field is set to visible=false (properties window).

    Hello,

    This is a know bug in NAV 2013 and NAV 2013 R2, i am not sure what version NAV you are running which cumulative update you have.

    Apply the latest platform hotfix and it will fix the issue, to fix this temporarily you can delete the metadata from the following two tables for that object ID

    • User Metadata
    • Page Data Personlization

    If you do personalizations then it will disappear again so to permanently fix apply latest hotfix for your version.
