For no reason or for learning, I am looking for opportunity to explore XLNT and particularly I am interested to see working of AST.

Has anyone been able to explore these or any information on how I open these in AX7 Development machine (Azure Based or Local VHD)

    I don't have opportunity to XNLT tooling and I don't think if Microsoft will give such tools in our hands, based on what, whole new compilation runs.

    But this is an interesting topic.

    It is available in our hands, I just would like to save time finding the hook to it. I spent almost a week exploring the assemblies. Still didn't find what I am looking for.

    That's great then you are ahead than many in this topic. I wasn't able to find ways how to open these tool that are used by Microsoft and explore the XLNT and AST. I am not sure what you are doing at moment, though local DLL's can be seen by many tools such as ILSpy etc.

    I think you should share your problem in a separate thread because this thread is about how to open these tools in local system or azure based system. Probably someone experienced in these, may be able to help you in your thread.
