Hi!
We're working in a Talent Attract proposal for a Head Hunter Company. They need their clients (external users) access Talent Attract and Hire to register interview information and approve offers.
Is there anyway to accomplish this? How to license?

Hi Srinaath, thanks for your help. We're thinking in a experience for the external users that will require access to Talent. We tried Windows Forms, but the result was not so nice for this scenario.

To my knowledge, for the initial process like Interviews, Assessments Microsoft Forms will serve your requirement [No need of Attract Licenses for external users, until unless they need access to other functionality on Attract].
You can also integrate Microsoft Forms with Job Template.

Hello again,
So in that occasion you all external applicants should have Attract licences (no need for a Full CORE + Attract + Onboard licence for the external) who in principal are only Interviewers within the system. You will definetely need the Comprehensive Add On licences (with a minimum of 2 * 100 users) regardless you using the full functionalities it offers.
For your internal users - Anyone who wants to be able to use all functionalities of Talent (Administrators, Managers etc.) are required to have a full licence.

Hi Maria, thanks for your help.
This company work is finding talents to another companies. So, ideally, they need to register candidates in Talent Attract, do the initial process and at some point, some people from the client company have to interview the candidates and register their feedback. So, we would have internal users and "light" external users (clients) accessing the same Attract tenant. As we'll need the portal capabilities, we plan to use Talent licenses + Comprehensive hiring.

Well, technically you can buy as many attract and Onboard user licenses you wish but I feel that your case is a little bit more complex. Can you please elaborate so we can understand a little bit better the requirements? How many users are we talking about and from how many companies? I assume you don't want to have one ATTRACT environment and giving the permission to multiple companies/users to use the same environment.
