Hi Folks
I have 4 Tier Approval requirement as below:
In the Tier2, there are total 3 accounting users and anyone approves, then it should go to Tier3.
I played some setting by referring the below notes but still cannot shift to Tier 3 after the approval of anyone of Tier2 user. Have anyone achieved the similar scenario? Can you advise me how?

For something this complicated you should look into creating the approval cycle with Microsoft Flow like suggested in the second thread in your post.
