Hi All,

I have an issue with security rights related to retail batch job pushing .When the user has system admin role it's working fine but when I  assigned customized role it's not working properly .In customized role the access level was full control .

Please let me know how can i solve this issue

Thanks & Regards

Dhanya

Collect the error messages related to the issue, it is typically written in the Event Log on the AX AOS.

You could try to capture an AX client- and server trace for a user with system administrator and without system administrator rights, and then compare the code to see where do they differ.

Alternatively you could assign the roles to yourself in a test environment that your user has, and debug through there by temporarily revoking the system administrator role for a new client workspace, to see what the issue is:

    Hi,

Please check the security privileges (or) duties that are responsible to execute retail batch job pushing are been assigned to your intended user role. If you are referring to distribution schedule(Path: Retail > Periodic > Data distribution > Distribution schedule > Create batch job) class is RetailCDXScheduleRunner but probably you should check for class RetailCDXScheduleRerun and its security objects are as below. If it is something else, let us know.

    Security privilege Name: RetailCDXMaintain

Label: Maintain Retail Commerce Data Exchange

    (or)

    Security Duty Name: RetailCDXMaintain

Label: Manage Commerce Data Exchange: Synch Service
