Changing Production order qty after "released" status.

Hello,

What is the best way to correct this issue. Lets say i enter a production order for 20 qty and move the order to a "Released" status. Later on I found out that i only need to do 19 (for what ever reason, Scraped one, or ran out of part.. etc) What is the proper way to change the qty on the released production order or move forward without changing the qty?

    When doing the production output, you can specify your output quantity to 19. You don't have to do it for 20.
