I'm trying to setup detour for WMS menu item "Receiving completed confirmation" and I cannot finish last step in system setup.
Bussiness case: We would like to automate process of Product Receipt posting. We are not using loads for inboud traffic.
Solution: Using WH setup available from v39 we can get system to create Loads at product receipt and confirm receipt done via mobile app.
Problem: Receiving is done using mobile app on WH floor, user does not have WEB client nearby to check what is a load id for PO, and that information is not provided by Vendor (as we are not suing this in our process).
Now what I have configured:
1. Overall WH parameters
2. Mobile device menu item - Load item receiving. We are created Load at purchase order receipt as per above mentioned setup. We could use PO Line receiving, but this not work with Inbound Loads with partial scenarios. System does not know what load to choose if there is >1 load line for SKU. Therfore using Load item receiving is preferable.
3. Mobile device menu item for a detour - Data Inquiry (as user does not have any information about load associated with Purchase Order, its created dynamically while receipt is underway)
4. Mobile device menu item for Receipt Done confirmation
So far so good:
Receipt and detour
Detour results based on PO number
Load ID grabbed and put into MobAPP
Standard process afterwards
Receipt done process
Results from same detour,
No data grabbed
Now at the enod of the day issue is why in first example (Load line recv) data is fetched from system and in seccond step (Confirm receipt done) system cannot gram and put data ?
View from detour menu: Why Bring Back from loads is BLANK ? that is final step and I'm stuck here. Is this some framework limitation ?
