Migrate data between 2 instances of CRM (DEV & Stage) keeping same GUID in both instances

Hi CRM World,

I know this is pretty simple task but still i am facing problem. I have my queue data in CRM Dev and i want to migrate to CRM Stage with same GUID in both the environments (Dev & Stage). I used CMT (configuration migration tool) but it was not using same GUID instead creating new GUID. 

Any suggestions on which method to be used to achieve this requirement??

    You can use an SSIS package, Migration manager or take a look at Dynamics Configuration Data Manager:

    www.itaintboring.com/.../dynamics-configuration-data-manager-1-0-add-configuration-data-to-your-solutions

    Hi,

    For somereason Configuration tool doesn't handles the queues well. I also had the same issue and ended up using the default expost/ import.

    As I also need to keep the same guid across the environment, I changed the type fo exported excel to xml and imported that. During import, I selected the Queue entity and also mapped the queueid field.
