Batch job stuck in executing state

Hi
I am experienced strange behavior
We post invoice from order, batch starting with multithreading postings and runs and never ended
Invoice was created in 20min, batch not ended for 8h

    We have analyzed your problem based on the information you have described, but we have encountered the following confusion.
     
    Below is our summary of the phenomenon, which one is more in line with your problem?
    A: Batch execution starts and invoice creation finishes in 20 minutes, but the batch is still executing and stops after 8 hours.
    B: Start executing a batch, the batch executes for 8 hours before it finishes (the batch takes too much time).
     
    Based on your choices, these may be two different issues, please provide more information about this issue so we can more quickly pinpoint the cause of your problem.

    Hi 
    It  is similiar to A scenario. We have to cancel the job
    Session on SQL is in sleeping mode
    It looks like on printscreen
    We use 10.0.34 latest quality update version d365
