This is an intermittent problem and so far only reported by one of our users.
The user is using Chrome (as are most of our users).
We use a customised version of AX and our user is finding that sometimes, we she clicks on print to generate a report, the screen is splitting into two horizontally with the report in the lower part of the screen and the original screen still showing in the top part of the screen.
If she closes the report and tried printing it again, sometimes it will display full screen (normally) and sometimes it will still only show the report in the lower part of the screen.
If she closes AX altogether and then goes back in, then the display will show normally.
I wondered if this could be a Microsoft Issue as the report display has changed in recent months, with a much smarter black/grey look and feel to it.
Any ideas?
