Upgraded to 2016, now table inconsistency hierarchy errors on word template

After upgrading GP 2016, a modified POP document using the Project Accounting module is giving a Table Hierarchy Inconsistency. I have seen the comments about dexterity, but don't see how that applies to this area. How can I update the table hierarchy?

I found the issue where a table relationship had been created in the previous version and just needed to be created again.
