Hello World dialogue(extension apps) was deleted just after a sandbox was updated to the ver.24.

Hi expert!

Yesterday I found my extention apps which is just a Hello World messegae daialogue was deleted just after 24 major update have completed.
Should I always deploy all extention apps once again after major update?
 
And also, translated UI to Japanese was changes to Englich, bud It was recoverd by deplying translation files again.
