I created one custom field in table HcmPositionHierarchy. But not able to see in CDS.
How to find CDS/Dataverse Entity name against HR Table ?

These are code HR entities and you cannot find them in CDS.
Login to HR> Go to Data management workspace > Entities and search for HcmPositionHierarchyEntity under Target entity
I have to populate values using MS Flow. and want to trigger during the creation of record in table HcmPositionHierarchy. How can i achieve it ?
Another option is to merge the queries inside CDS using cdm_jobposition, cdm_positionworkerassignmentmap, cdm_workers entity, and make your own hierarchy.

You can just check when the record is created in the entity cdm_positionworkerassignmentmap for that worker then you can trigger but It will not give which hierarchy. I posted the above solution to merge the query based on the above entities.
There is no such entity exists for the Position hierarchy in CDS.

I solved in alternate way I am using event of Job Positions entity and using parentpostion of that table
