How to send e-mail automatically with the report to differents contact person regard to the type of the report?

Iwould like to send automacally e-mail to different contact person attach to the company. Like with the segmentation of contact.
I mean that may be CEO (client side) will receive invoice with the account personn (client side) automatically by mail when I post my  sales order, purchase people(client side) will receive my sales order confirmation automatically by mail when I print it,, and acount peple(client side) will receive remind reports.

It means that I have done before a classification of my contact personn.

So, how to do this? does someone have already worked on it?

All response will be appreciate, even without classification( just send mail in auto mode to one personn when I print a report).

    best you buy the nav 2013 extended pack and use then the crm module for bulk mailing using segments.

    In fact, I think the issue will be of complexe function of mail sending (not already existing in NAV2013R2, but may be existing in dynamics CRM???). Which one will require a complete development, including adding fields on the contact card (1- boolean field for acceptance to receive document in automatic mode) (2-classification of documents types that this contact will be able to receive. By default , the first contact should be set to receive all documents types), set after every contacts cards and then take care of the sending functions regard to the document type...  

    So, if someone have time to develop this, and get the genius idea how to do, I will be interested.

    hi,

    add the email send code e.g. at the end of the OnRun-Trigger of CU 80 Sales-Post or at the end of the Posting Action Code in Page Sales Order.

    you will need CU 400 Smtp (Functions CreateMessage,Send) for creating/sending the mail message and Report.SaveAsPdf for creating the Posted Invoice report (as pdf). It's possible to attach a pdf doc to a mail (Function AddAttachment). to automatically send the order confirmation when printing add the email send code at the end of the OnPostReport-Trigger of Report 205.
