I have used GP for many years, and this is a new issue for me.
We are working on setting up our customer credit limits. I am finding that I set the customer to the determined credit limit but somehow GP keeps resetting them back to what is in the default class for new customer setups.
For example: Class ID - Regular has a credit limit default of 1,000
Customer 123 has a credit limit of 10,000
We enter this limit on to the customer card itself
A few days later we go check and it is reset back to 1,000
Why is there something wrong in our setup or has something changed?
My IT department is trying to tell me GP resets limits nightly based on the class ID. In all my years with GP I have never had GP reset like this.
