Question about power automate and Field service work order

Hi !

I have created a Power automate flow for work orders.


It's just a simple flow, what it does is that every time a work order status goes to complete from any status, it will send me an email of it.

But apparently, when it happens, the flow runs four times consistent and sending me the same results four times.

Does anyone managed to get through this?

    Hi Xenophonic,

    Are you sure this is for a Work Order? May be same time four work orders change their statuses to complete.

    Did you check its audit history?

    Hi Abdul,

    I haven't checked audit, just thought someone had the same issue as I or if its a known issue.

    The trigger I set is work orders and when I checked the raw output, everything seems to be the same.

    But I have not yet checked the audit from Dynamics though.

    Let me check it maybe you are right, four different work orders might be taking change at the same time

    Hi Xenophonic,

    Whenever a Work Order is updated, The 'power automate' will run. Can you please open all runs and check the details?

    Here is the app detail where you can see the audit history.

    All four run shows the same exact file..

    the flow just runs four times.

    I have added that highlighted  to my component and I am getting the same 4 runs :|
