Hello,

I am facing an issue in CRM 365 (V. 9.1.16.20), reports ribbon doesn't appear if the language is Arabic, but appears just fine in English.

I checked this thread (Solved: Pagination and refresh buttons are not showing Arabic language reports. (dynamics.com)) but they advised to install 9.015 rollup, but my CRM version is already 9.1.16.20.

Would you please advise.

Hi,

As you said, the issue you are experiencing is fixed in Dynamics 365 (V. 9.0.15.9).

Service Update 0.15 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 9.0 - Microsoft Support

Therefore, this issue should be a bug.
It is recommended that you raise a support ticket to contact the product group for further support.
