The menu item with name bankibancountryaccountstructurelistpage could not be opened.

Hello,

I restored blank production env to UAT env. I am getting this error after restoring, earlier the same menu item was opening properly.

There are no customization applied to this env. The only difference is earlier it was ServiceUpdate21, now it's ServiceUpdate22.

People are suggesting to compile the code, etc. But on cloud instance there's no such option.

How to resolve this?

    Hi MYGz,

    This error message is related to the form IBAN structures (Bank and cash management > Setup > IBAN structures).

    Do you have access to this form via your security role? It is just this form that you get error message while opening?

    If yes, have you tried to delete user data and personalization on the affected environment?

    Hello Alireza,

    I have System Admin role. Yes, this is the only form for now that I noticed is giving error.

    Also, I noticed this form because when I was trying to add bank account (including IBAN) on Vendor Master,  I got this error, then I went to the MenuItem/Form in Cash&Bank management, it was throwing the same error over there as well.

    I tried deleting the Usage data, no change.

    It is related to the version of the application. When you move the database, the versions should be equal. See also the known issues here: Refresh database - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs

    After applying Quality Update 46, the issue is resolved now. The db movements were being done someone else, so wasn't aware of which version is being moved from Prod to UAT.
