One of the GP user is not able to Log out or Perform anything In GP

One of the users in the company is not able to Log out of GP, and is unable to do any activity in GP: Getting an error

I have tried Deleting her activity from the SQL table and Marking the Status of the Batch as 0, but no luck.

After hours of looking into the internet, I found that Messages stuck in the Process Monitor may have swamped her account, and processes are halted. 

And When I looked into it : pastedimage1652209552055v2.png

It's a long list (never-ending), that nobody else has.

and one of the batches for uSer in SY00800 in the posting column is 1, not sure what that means.

Please advise how to fix the issue

    The issue got resolved,  I deleted the Batch with posting 1 from the table SY00800 and it resolved all the issues

    The process queue is stuck because the first process in the list is not completing for some reason.

    Other processes will just queue up behind.  It is always the first process in the list that is the issue.
