Creating a word template in Dynamics 365 Customer Service - Auto save the document in SharePoint and log an activity/post

Hi,

Is it possible to create a word template from a case within Dynamics 365 customer service->Once created, instead of downloading the document to your computer, it automatically attaches it to the case/SharePoint and also log an activity with a link to the document?

Ideas/Solutions would be much appreciated.

    Hi Kiwi,

    There is certainly no out of the box solution to this. You can access the Word Templates generation engine programmatically for sure. Or generating the word template and having it listed under Notes as a link.

    We ended up decided to go with DocumentsCorePack offered by mscrmaddons which seems to do just that
