Some Text Boxs disappear after Printing

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport

Dear All,

I have a very interesting problem. Before printing everything is OK with the report, preview is prefect, all data is there, etc.

But when I'm printing the report to a file, or to a paper, 2 text boxs dissappear, and the data (of the textboxs) is not in the file, or on the paper. Expect these two, every other data appears in the printed report. The property of the TextBoxes is the same as the other's. I can't imagine what would be the problem.

It seems some data lost between AX and printer...

Thank you!

Can you post the snapshot of both the reports i.e. before printing and after export to file?

Also tell me where your text boxes are placed? in report header or body?

Hmm it is very strange. They are not there, BUT I can select them, and copy/paste to anywhere. So it be like white font color. I checked it in the Visual Studio, but the font color is black...

Of course. These are the pics, the first is the PDF file, the second is the report in the AX and Visual Studio:

    It is the Header.

Great, now increase your report height and export it to file, or you can also increase your header height, do not move your text box positions, just increase the heights. Its your report height issue.

When you convert it to any file, it is rendered differently, so issue here is your header lower part is hiding, increasing report height or header height will resolve it. Also check ConsumeWhiteSpace property of the report. It must be true.
