I would like to customize the quote form to be similar to a form we already have. The standard quote form is not customer friendly.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi partner,

Could you provide a screenshot of the form you already have?

If you want to customize the form, you need to open the form editor for this form, as follows:

Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, open the default solution, under Entities > Quote > Forms, open the main form 'Quote'.

In this interface, you can customize the layout of the Quote form.

You could try to import solution (including quote form only) if you want same look and feel on new form

Thank you. I asked the wrong question. I would like to update the Quote report. Add a logo to the pdf.

    Hi partner,

Could you elaborate on your problem background?

What is the report you already have? What kind of report is it?

Is SSRS, or Quote's PDF generation?

    Hi Wally

What sort of quote report are you using? My suggestion is using Word Templates to generate quotes. They are very easy to work with and easy to customise. Using the built in reports are a bit more tricky, still doable but Word Templates are great and easy to update.

I've written a series of blogs on Word Templates, which include adding images to them. If you have chance, you should take a look at them and see if this fits your needs and answers your question.

    thanks
