Microsoft crm can able to host restful service in ISV folder?

Hi this is for on premise dynamics CRM 365. Can able to host web api or aspx page inside the CRM in iis
I didn't build anything like that since 2010/CRM 4.0. But theoretically, that should be possible.
Just curious - why do you need it?
I want to host it under isv folder of dynamics crm, how that could be possible? Doing some changes in crm web.config file? I do configured WCF service inside isv folder of CRM by removing crm authendication. it worked for WCF service but not working for this restful service. Any ideas to achieve this?
What I mean - why do you need to host this service under ISV folder? Why not to host it elsewhere?
This is how client needed,. For this project we didn't maintaining interface server ... In app server only one site must host.
